Wrenches organized in Schaller Bins

Organizing wrenches of every style is easy with different sizes of Schaller bins. At our shop we use pipe wrenches, adjustable wrenches, socket wrenches, open end wrenches, torque wrenches, allen wrenches, and
combination wrenches. To visualize how our product may look in your shop we figured we would
share a glimpse into our organization methods.

This is one drawer of many that we have in our warehouse.

Staying organized makes work flow more efficient and knowing where each style of wrench is kept allows us all to work from the same general toolboxes. We never have to go searching for the right wrench. Organization at each machine is a pared down version of our drawer here, with a socket wrench, adjustable wrench, open end wrench, and a set of allen wrenches available at each machine cart.

6” x 12” plastic bins fit adjustable wrenches, pipe wrenches, and socket wrenches. For the wrenches that are a bit too long, we have a 2” x 20” box that does the trick. Different sockets fit perfectly in our 2” x 2” boxes, so you  can see each size at a glance. Allen wrenches lay in our 6” x 8” as well as the 3” x 8” so each size and length is visible. Open ended wrenches and combination wrenches fit into the 6” x 8” or the 6” x 12” bins. This full drawer was put together with our 2” depth boxes. For smaller wrenches you would absolutely be able to use the 1” depth boxes to maximize space in the shorter drawers of your toolbox.

This is a quick peek into one of our toolboxes here at Schaller Corporation.

If you work with lug wrenches, impact wrenches, or box wrenches, we have 46 box sizes to choose from for your toolbox organization.
